      cascading goals for bonuses are locked, leading to a big bonus impact if a project is cancelled even if you as an individual had no ability to impact

      Pros

      Fun work environment, friendly people. Work itself is intense with a tremendous amount of details to manage. The training program was amazing. I learned something new every day. My manager challenged me to take on new tasks and responsibilities on a regular basis to improve my skills.

      There was not a lot of opportunity to advance within the company and the pay was lower than other companies of the same responsibilities
