Big company, international profile, open spaces, no boss offices, a lot of integration, a lot of internal communication, several careers changes paths & big challenges

Cons

Extra work hours, keep working on weekends to get reports and information, pays belows market, they love to hire recent grads working for half the paid and getting more and more hours working.

Pros

The work environment was great and there was a good relationship between employees. The salary and benefits provided were good.

Cons

The managers were not supportive of each other and colleagues were scared of more redundancies to come, making overall morale low. There was rivalry between different sites which was not healthy and a lot of negativity.
