Free beers, great culture, Get to go to the best music events in the region, meet artists, planning etc etc

Cons

yet to explore the global possibilities for employees. Not too sure about the way of operations/ policies- system management in joint ventures.

Pros

Salary, car, bonus, laptop, all great. Fun colleagues and nice products and support. Great (sales) meetings. Especially national and international. Inspirational business development and career opportunities.

Cons

Short in coaching and support for personal development. No smart phone and KPI's really wreck daily sales work. Focusing on indirectly applying rules and regulations. Morning (phone) calls were mainly a repeating of top-down info without being constructive in daily sales in any way.

Great company culture for highly motivated individuals. Everything is results driven. If you perform you will be compensated and given the ability to switch roles frequently. Lots of perks associated with the products. (free beer)

Cons

The competitive results driven culture is not for anyone. They are always hiring young motivated people and they will gladly replace you if you are not performing to their level.
