I have been involved in many projects, nothing like daily routine at all, learned from great engineers- managers

Cons

Really demanding company, you have to be alert 24X7 during half of the year.

Pros

In many senses, the company culture is very chill. No dress codes, beer everywhere, friendly people, open spaces. I think this was definitely a very positive aspect. There is also a lot of room to learn, but only if you have the self-initiative to do so.

Cons

Work-life balance is a big topic, no one stamps in or out when they are working and everyone is observing when everyone comes in and out. There is a pressure to work overtime, and the possibilities to develop and get noticed are none when you are just working normal hours.
