      Pros

      Little accountability, month end beer, great benefits, fortune 100 company that can be added to resume. Oh and Holiday pay for full time employees.

      Cons

      Leadership by fear and intimidation, long hours, no recognition, no bonus (need a review for that), condescending environment, not familiar with wage and hour laws, and no team environment between departments.

      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits, serious focus on safety. A lot of time spent on safety training and reinforcement. Willing to listen to new opinions and ideas. The company places a high value on environmental stewardship and expects the same from its employees. The company is driven to be the best in the world. Constant challenge to exceed your own expectations. Unlimited personal growth for someone that is driven to be the best. The best in technology. In general the employees are a great bunch to work with and will do anything to help.

      Cons

      Somewhat linear corporate culture can be difficult to navigate. Flexibility can be limited outside of their core beliefs, which, can cause frustration in persons unable to accept the ever changing (improving, cost cutting) environment. One of the primary drivers to this is the belief that we are never satisfied with our results and to seek continuous improvement. A lot of cross department competition due to goal setting.

      Nice informal atmosphere and a real sense of attachment to the companies brands. Fun hard-working colleagues, and approachable management

      Cons

      Very poorly organized people department not living up to their own principles. Promotion past a mid management position only possible through extensive political elbow work Very short term focus, all is focussed on getting the next bonus, not on what is best for the company
