      Pros

      Easy products to get passionate over.

      Cons

      Systemic problems are not addressed, Wall Street has replaced consumer as king. US operations leveraged to fund failing units globally. Constantly cutting costs until system breakdown but all solutions are band aided.

      When you get to a certain level the benefits are great and provide a great work-life balance. Lots of opportunity for growth if willing to relocate.

      Cons

      Limited on the job training, its a sink or swim environment. Only look at the numbers and can sometimes feel a disconnect in the relationship between employer and employee.
