      Pros

      A lot of leadership and financial responsibility early in your career. Very challenging, fast-paced, competitive, team-work driven environment always looking to improve in a sustainable way.

      Cons

      Can be very stressful at times. Competition can lead to animosity amongst coworkers. Managing employees in a unionized environment is very difficult. Not always easy to drive change and motivate employees to do better in a unionized environment.

      Pros

      you get free beer, that is about the only pro other than the little bit of a pay check. The hours are pretty flexible as long as you get your work done

      Cons

      The paycheck for a contractor is next to nothing. They treat you like dirt, they will nag you for the little mistakes you make but when you do a good job and save money they will not say a thing to you.
