      Great development opportunity

      Pros

      Fast changing environment brings a lot of opportunity to develop and progress in career. Employees development is taken seriously with the number of trainings available. Management is informal; communication has improved recently. Looking great on CV as ABI is known for execution and result-orientation.

      Cons

      Flexible working (such as work from home) is only available for selected employees; IT infrastructure is quite poor; there is a mix of people who work for the company for decades and fresh graduates which does not create positive atmosphere. There is no yearly payrise, bonus is not guaranteed.

      Pros

      There is free beer at company events and free beer every month to take home. AB Inbev has a great portfolio of beers. Any one can become a manager.

      Cons

      It is hard to give a balanced review of a company that doesn't have much in the 'Pros' column. No work/life balance, just work. Target setting includes reducing costs, e.g. costs of benefits. Each year benefits and compensation is less than the preceding year. Any one can become a manager.

      Pros

      Great paying job, New tractors, Part of management gets it because they were out there in the field before.

      Cons

      Safety a top priority but when you are on the road you are faced with a lot of unsafe situations. They react when its too late then get upset that people are getting injured. No job security.
