      Pros

      Lots of innovation going on in the company. Everyone loves the products so there is a certain sense of pride in working things out.

      Cons

      Its a large company so things can take a while to get moving sometimes. This is expected in a company this size however.

      Really push you to innovate and give you opportunities to showcase your work. Management is relatively flat and open to suggestions.

      Cons

      It's a large company and it can be hard to get all the parts moving toward a common goal. That's to be expected from any company this size though.
