      Positions are often not available for promotion as most older employees stay for life. Cut throat environment Not much work/life balance

      Pay is fantastic! Once you know the job it's easy as fellow employees were easy to get along with. Fun to learn about and see the behind the scenes of a big company.

      Cons

      Hours can be tough as it is shift work. Takes a long time to get something that is not overnight. At times can by physically demanding.
