      1. What you read in every book about this company is true 2. 100% based on meritocracy 3. Bonus is extremely challenging but very rewarding

      1. Culture... if you are not the right fit, don't even think of applying... Checkout ABI's 10 principals and try to understand if you are attached to this principals 2. We work 24/7... not a job for everyone

      Pros

      - Complete project ownership - Massive career growth potential - You sell beer! - Lots of perk (free beer, event tickets, etc) ABI asks a lot of its employees but the job is rewarding and the meritocracy means that good works is quickly rewarded with promotions.

      Cons

      - Long hours - Management can be disorganized - Onboarding is a confusing process you really need to take upon yourself.

      Pros

      The team in NYC still has strong skill sets to lead the company.

      Cons

      The China office culture is totally different from the one in the NYC office. As a MNC, China office is more like a bureaucratic government owned office where with layers to keep your ideas from the leadership. The supporting function has more issues on this such as the People team led by a Chinese person. Benefits wise, the China office is decreasing its benefits every single year - from the mobile allowance to merit.
