      GREAT Work Perks. Promotions are frequent if you can outwork everybody else. Benefits are pretty decent, and you get free beer.

      Cons

      There is little work life balance. Most employees can expect to work at MINIMUM 50 hours a week with many clocking in the 70-90 range.
