Pros
Since it was a part time job, scheduling was very flexible and I was able to choose what days and how many days I worked.
Cons
When new management took over, the benefits of working hard to finish the order so we could leave early was no longer in place. The goal was to maximize the productivity of the workers and to keep us the entire shift in the warehouse regardless of how hard we worked or finished the orders for that night.
