      Culture Open door Annual bonus Feedback and evaluation process (but many times unfair and not base in 1 year)

      There's no way to have a balance life and job. You have to do the job of 5 or more people. Most of the opportunities for the internships or the trainees, not the same opportunities to people who have more time there. Some horrible bosses have the power to destroy your career. Rule of just 25% of adjustment in salary. Salary not according to responsibility. Just 80% of Hay Table
