      Above average pay and benefits. A lot of free beer and happy hour's

      A lack of concern for employee well-being at times Didn't have the newest computers and hardware (they still were running on Windows XP) Bonus structure was confusing and hardly ever attained by the company

      Pros

      Working in the tour center was great because we get to talk to people from all over the world every day.

      Cons

      The management is a little shaky and they make the wrong decisions sometimes. They don't listen to the front of house staff on what decisions need to be made based off of things that happen daily and they don't think through logistics of what the front of house employees ask for.
