      No BS approach but they neglect people

      Pros

      Fast-moving company, very focused, clear objectives defined and accountability placed at the individual not groups or committees

      Cons

      They neglect the people part of the company. Since SABmiller was bought they haven't stopped cutting positions and demanding more work. Also individual benefits are almost all gone and working climate is bad, a lot of people are anxious of loosing their job.

      Culture is not for everyone. You are given a lot of responsibility but given a lot of opportunities. It's important you understand the culture.
