Great experience to work on the best beer products in the World. Great place for a first job.

Cons

Employees are treated as disposable assets. Experience and loyalty are not valued. Workloads are overwhelming, Best compensation reserved for upper levels only. Bonuses non-existent.

poor work/life balance, too much politics and people end up doing 2 or 3 jobs. There have been too many redundancies and it will have further effect on work/life balance of employees. The company states its appreciation towards its employees but it actually does not exist. In fact, you are just a number...
