Work load drives people apart. Little respect for Work-life balance. Current transition form old to new management leads to a lot of employee turmoil

Seen as a number not an employee (forced to fly spirit, stay in cheap hotels, terrible work life balance), extremely high turnover (Half my team was gone within my first 4 months), No guidance (once my team was gone I did not report to anyone), lack of transparency, extremely political, unrealistic bonus targets (most people did not get a bonus last year), bad culture (engagement is at an all time low, people are constantly upset and complaining about the work, your job is constantly held over your head, use fear as a motivator), terrible working conditions (rats in the building eat through pantry, region office in most polluted area in the US)
