      -You'll be surrounded by some of the most driven, intelligent, social and FUN people you'll meet in your entire lifetime -Better compensation than most companies when gaining employment straight out of college -You'll learn quickly in a fast-paced environment -You're the center of every conversation as soon as someone finds out that beer pays your bills

      -Meritocracy is preached but a majority of promotions prior to director level are circumstantial (i.e. backfilling) -Those who succeed in this company are those that take a "live to work" approach as opposed to "work to live" -Field sales management personnel are required to be in their roles for two years before promotion, while the rest of the company is not bound to that rule
