      Good benefits. Vacation above average number of weeks. 4 months maternity leave. Global company, lots of room for advancement if you are willing to relocate

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy typical big company. Boast meritocracy but depends highly on stock performance. Antiquated systems that require manual intervention.
