      Beer business is fun and exciting.

      Cons

      Long hours. Bonus targets set very high by design making it difficult to contain. Run primarily by Brazilians with little regard or respect for U.S. born employees. Age discrimination. Churn the older employees and hire twenty-somethings. Too cost control driven. Force turnover by moving jobs out of St. Louis to other cities or countries.

      You’re joking, right? Okay, let me think. Hmmm. Nope. I’ve got nothing. Literally nothing. Oh wait!!!! Hmmm. No. It’s nothing.

      Cons

      Directors and above are nothing more that buffoons. Totally clueless. My director worked as a pixie dust spreader on the Tilt-a-Whirl 6 months ago. Before that, he barked for the yak woman. The only thing they’re good at is lying and acting interested on never ending conference calls. Oh, and heaping garbage on managers in an effort to rectify their failures. St Louis leadership? Conniving, ruthless, lying, threatening, incompetent, degrading, and totally bass ackwards when it comes to building loyalty.

      - lots of rework that could be avoided by better planning - diversity is still an issue that needs to be addressed, but already getting better
