      Great Weekend money. Great Work times while in school. Friendly coworkers that do not mind helping. Who doesn't enjoy free beer?

      Cons

      You learn no real transferable skills with this position unless you want to work in a factory for the rest of your life.

      Weekend job with great pay for a factory setting.

      Cons

      Job is on a as-need-basis, will be period where there is no work available. Much of upper management is incompetent, with a few exceptions and management hiring pool is very limited within degree fields.
