      Great working environment, with an assured growth plan which works sometimes and where employees are encouraged to grow and become better. The VPO policies are one of the best

      Salary scheme is different compared to other plants of this same company without considering the location of the plant.

      Decent pay, I wish I could say more positive things but can’t.

      Cons

      AB can talk the talk, but unfortunately they fall flat when it comes to their part time people. Most fulltime associates are pretty decent but unfortunately you have some that are very hateful and petty and create a hostile work environment. If someone didn’t get you in then getting on fulltime is slim. Management are all young and not long out of college and don’t stay long, due to the fact this facility is a training center for their newly hired management. Training is mediocre at best.
