Pros
Great company, a lot of room to grow if you're willing to move around, and a ton of free beer.
Cons
The BTP program was a "bait and switch" in that the program showed you all the niceties and perks of the company. At the end of the program you learn your job is to start managing union employees - nothing against that, just not what I expected they would be hiring engineers for.
