Good health insurance benefits and family-friendly 8/6 roster.

Cons

Beyond reasonable health and safety requirements. Very poor pay rates. Being treated like a child no matter how many years experience you have in the field. Micromanagement from supervisors, no real need for supervisors. Just filling seats.
