gradual cultural change in terms of actually treating people with respect as indicated in the company's values

employee development is not structured. pay is usually in the lower range of the industry for lower ranked officers. management are detached from the lower ranks - overwhelming majority usually do not have their lunch together with employees to have friendly chats.
