Pros

Most workers are nice and want you to be succesful

Cons

Since the company started to pursue IPO, the entire culture has changed. The hours are worse and worse and not even realistic chargeable goals. HR will chase after you for every reimbursement/not in office days. You can't order coffee using the busy season lunch credit. If that's the case, why offer the credit in the first place? People working there should at least have the freedom to decide what they want to eat/drink with that credit. In addition, people/HR will try to overhear your phone calls in the office. ZERO PRIVACY. They will report you to your boss if they hear anything. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Pros

Easy engagements and routine tasks.

Cons

Racism and favoritism are the only tools to measure and rate staffs’ performances. I heard from my successors that the higher-ups also change the staffs’ performance ratings after the staffs sign their performance feedback forms. The higher-ups simply choose whomever they want to promote and give out low ratings to the ones they don’t like. Such a toxic environment. They will set you up to fail if you don’t suck to them. Your knowledge and experience won’t matter much. Also, HR doesn’t do anything. HR personnel simply circulate e-mails, take no further actions, and are away whenever you need them the most.
