Cons
The culture of this office is despicable. You can tell by the turnover rate. 30+ employees have quit in the past year and counting.. People would rather leave during busy season and burn that bridge rather than stay at a place like this. Speaking up or standing up for yourself leads to retaliation - being taken off projects and gossiped about during management round tables. Feedback and communication from management are dismissive, inconsistent, and misleading. High turnover increases pressure on those who remain... List goes on but the turnover should speak for itself. Just a bunch of blind, hypocritical cowards pretending to lead.
