Pros

While I cannot speak to the current organization, I know many people from the early 2000's organization. I have such strong respect for the culture, people and values--it was one of my favorite places to work. I'm sure those traditions and values are still alive in the organization today.

Cons

Diversity and inclusion wasn't a priority in the early 2000's. I imagine/hope it is a focus today, but I cannot say for sure.

Transparent in reviews and pay. Ample support to learn and advance. They work really hard to create relationships that make you feel integrated in the company (both friendly and professional). Superior flex/hybrid WFH model.

Cons

Typical tax busy season by that is part of the trade.
