Compensation package includes attractive pay and benefits, such as complimentary dinners and Uber rides during the demanding busy season. Family-like atmosphere among the junior levels.

Cons

Management tends to be overly controlling. Communication breakdown often occurs where one manager does not know what the other manager in the same department is doing. The quality of management varies significantly. Some managers are approachable and supportive while others play favorites providing insufficient actionable support. Unequal enforcement of workplace rules regarding attendance and breaks is common that plays a significant damage on team's morale and productivity.
