      Pros

      Salary is decent for a start up. Excellent perks.

      Cons

      Cut-throat environment, passive aggressive and "woke" agendas are truly a modern day approach to excusing the occasional racially bias remarks. Real lack of culture. Hardly any minorities represent the US offices, riding off of their African offices often have employees internally revolt due to compensation.
