      Pros

      - Andela has adopted fully a remote working culture for developers.

      Cons

      - Management seems to be clueless on managing the company. A lot of issues that are happening they were forewarned but never listened. They keep making drastic decision which fail. A lot of decisions have been mostly led by reaction to current issues. Strategically they have been failing which has been a root course to a lot of the ongoing issues. - High turnover. Every week a number of staff are resigning. Currently all founders have resigned except the CEO. - A lot of fear and intimidation is on going by the management to the staff. - Poor talent management and payment disparities.

      You get to work with some of the most brilliant people, for now.

      Cons

      - Compensation is so low for Fellows. About a $586/month, even that's low for the local market. - A lot of politics in the workplace. - Culture is literally dead. - Lot's of lies from senior leadership with ridiculous political justifications.
