      Pros

      Fine are the days when Andela use to be one of the best place to work. Now, there are no pros.

      Cons

      Selfish Leadership decisions. Their engineers earn less pay compare to their competitors. It seems to all the engineers that Andela engineers are SLAVES while the Andela Decision makers are the SLAVE MASTERS. This is what investors money can cause. This is SAD!!!

      Pros

      The founding mission is interesting and attracts smart, hardworking, and nice people. Not a bad place to work for a short period of time.

      Cons

      The sales organization has gone through many re-alignments and manager changes over the past few years. It's hard to make money because of the constant change. There are huge discrepancies in how much people are paid on the sales team, which leads to low morale. The trick is to be as smiley to management as you can and they will give you all the good accounts and leads. There's a lot of gossip and it's hard to know who to trust. It also sadly has lost a lot of its culture and diversity.
