      - Good work/life balance - You have the opportunity to work with latest technologies

      Cons

      - Management don’t know what they are doing. - Constants layoffs but they keep the people that is failing over and over and just let the good talent go. - They talk a lot about culture but there is not actually a culture in the company. - Huge communication lacks. - Management is not transparent with the talents, they always say they are open to listen but they are actually just waiting to fired you. - They don’t know what they are doing so there are constant changes with no vision or goals.

      Colleagues are smart and hardworking. Remote/distributed office culture is well run. If you have an executive that will fight for you, there are lots of growth opps.

      Cons

      No longer mission-driven. Pay is below market across the board. Little diversity in leadership.
