      The company is growing at a fast rate, this means you also learn how to grow and learn quickly Diverse co workers who are smart, committed and passionate about the work they do - this makes a world of difference as the energy most days is upbeat No one really micro manages you - you own your work, time, space and learning. This means you have all the flexibility you desire, however, you must show results.

      Cons

      While the work is exciting and meaningful, its easy to get lost in work and lose work life balance. One has to be intentional about it. Also, learning how to take breaks to avoid burn out.
