      Pros

      - Really great coworkers. Friendly and intelligent. Feels like a team that has a clear mission. - Ability to make a positive impact on the world - Challenging work - culture of passion where tough goals are set and performance is monitored closely - They invest in your success. There are workshops to improve and the expectation is that every employee visits the offices in Africa. - Beautiful office space that feels homey.

      Cons

      - Salaries could be better, but these are the types of things you sacrifice to do some good in the world - Growing pains - really anything you can expect with a company that has only been around a couple years.

      Pros

      I always thought companies had to either choose between growth and impact... and then I discovered Andela. Incredibly inspired by the people and mission. If we can pull this off, and I think we can, it's a game changer.

      Cons

      Every week is hard. If you want to coast, this isn't the place. If you always want to be the smartest person in the room, look elsewhere. Andela will challenge you.
