Autonomy is great, supporting your ability to get creative on your job, pick up and develop as many skills necessary, this is peculiar to startups. The company promotes constant feedback between employees and leadership I consider the workforce a complete brilliant collection from different parts of the globe, learning is high and you are inspired by the people you work with Compay's culture is also very commendable and in line with global best practices

Cons

Changes can be high and unforgiving, I don't think this is an Andela fault, this is characteristic of any startup. If you haven't worked in a startup business you may find this unsettling.
