Rapid growth. Awesome health care. Great company culture.

Senior Developer salaries are below $18k per year. Dropping to less than $9.6k per year despite the company's funding rounds and profits from developer jobs each month. I wonder how anyone can pay you 10% of the cut, keep 90% and still brag about increasing human potential.
