      Pros

      I've been with Andela about 6 months now, and can't say enough good things about the team, and leadership. We have worked through some challenging changes within the revenue org, and leadership has been nothing short of supportive in assisting us in prioritization, and acknowledging our hard work and successes. Everyone at work has been friendly, kind, and thoroughly involved in everything they do.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels like communication from leadership leaves a bit to be desired. Clarity and accountability are appreciated!

      Pros

      Great mission driven company that practices what they believe: "talent is evenly distributed but opportunities are not". Andela cares about its people and takes care of them including during difficult times. During my time at Andela I met amazing people, the culture is very diverse and I loved the fact that so many women hold leadership roles. Jeremy the CEO is so inspiring and the leadership team is first class.

      Cons

      The market is highly competitive and ever changing which makes it difficult to keep the right talent inventory.
