      - Work with companies in the US & Europe - Embed with partner team

      Cons

      - Dishonest management - The business model leaves the least monetary benefits for the engineers despite them being the sole source of income. - Don’t drink the EPIC values kool aid, the leadership doesn’t abide by it.

      Awesome team mates, employees wanting to see the brand grow and good team culture

      Mission and Values lost - Each time we get a mail from the CEO for a town-hall ,there is a sense of tension and anxiety amongst the employees on what bad news is he about to make. Leadership is a serious mess and took a beautiful brand and turned it to a typical small-minded organization where they only thing celebrated are sales numbers forgetting humans are their product. There is a serious disconnect amongst the Engineers in Africa and the US team that have zero idea on how they engineers truly feel but keep making decisions on behalf of these engineers.

      Felt like being in high school only now a programming-only highschool. The social hierarchy is so profound, senior guys want to be known and treated like seniors.
