Good and friendly engineers to interact with.

Cons

- Limited freedom of speech. You either shut up or be invited for disciplinary action or be ready to find a new job. - New employees in management come with their own strictly co-operate rules. - Engineer evaluation vs salary doesn't just make sense. - Engineers will be denied an advancement to the next level for some funny reasons like "you just want quick promos" even after you pass the assessment for those levels.
