Senior management are very impulsive and make snap decisions without thinking. Little to no marketing team. Heavy micromanaging. Leadership are panicking. Poor Market.

The Revenue Team is toxic. Leadership is fear based and ego driven. The company focuses on talent not sales team. Unless you are in the clique, you will be dehumanized publicly.

Management is very unorganized Constant changes that often backfire on the employees and their careers Monthly significant changes to employee workflow Very little support/enablement from most managers The base is purposely very high compared to the market because the commission is almost impossible to attain for 80%+ of the sales team including the managers
