Pros

A lot of diverse colleagues with different cultures and beliefs. Makes for entertaining lunch conversations. Lucky people get to work on good teams.

Cons

Engineers aren't paid so well, and are constantly reminded to be grateful for it. Communication is more or less propaganda at this point.

Culture - So much fun! The company is full of motivated, smart people and I’m glad to be working with so many awesome teammates. Strong Management - Despite what you might assume from a couple of sour reviews on Glassdoor, there’s a lot of support for the management team at the moment. Any difficult decisions made in the past will benefit the new sales team and wider Andela business in 2020 and beyond. Pay - Great salary for the work you do. The benefits are good. They just introduced a Winners Circle for high achievers which is another perk we’re excited about.

No complaints, overall a great experience.
