      - Flexible work hours (can work from home). - There is a community of really smart colleagues that make collaboration seamless. - Nice health insurance plan

      Cons

      - Poor compensation - Job insecurity - Inequality. You are treated slightly better if you were hired externally, as against going through their Bootcamp. Thankfully, no one gets in through the Bootcamp anymore.
