Awesome remote culture, nice work environment and awesome colleagues.

Cons

Very low pay compare to global industry standards, even though developers are working with global companies. Recent restructuring has virtually eliminated the opportunity for growth. Company no longer care about staff personal development. Basically no longer what it use to be.

Awesome team mates, employees wanting to see the brand grow and good team culture

Mission and Values lost - Each time we get a mail from the CEO for a town-hall ,there is a sense of tension and anxiety amongst the employees on what bad news is he about to make. Leadership is a serious mess and took a beautiful brand and turned it to a typical small-minded organization where they only thing celebrated are sales numbers forgetting humans are their product. There is a serious disconnect amongst the Engineers in Africa and the US team that have zero idea on how they engineers truly feel but keep making decisions on behalf of these engineers.
