      - Some good perks, such as the initial tech bonus, to purchase a laptop

      Cons

      - Not the ideal place to work - Constantly changing priorities, to the point you get lost, or someone asks stuff from 6 months ago, that you were told to not worry anymore

      Pros

      You can work 100% remotely, with US salary with a LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights license. You have a lot of benefits that Andela provides.

      Cons

      The management is not human-centered now. Very sales oriented and with micromanagement. Andela is a great company, but if your manager is not great as Andela is, you can experience not a great work environment.
