Salary is decent for a start up. Excellent perks.

Cons

Cut-throat environment, passive aggressive and "woke" agendas are truly a modern day approach to excusing the occasional racially bias remarks. Real lack of culture. Hardly any minorities represent the US offices, riding off of their African offices often have employees internally revolt due to compensation.

Unrealistic goals. Upper management (Director and VP) are toxic: They are not clear with communications, their behavior is not up to the level for that position, they layoff people If they dont agree with them, and Micromanage their employees
