The pros are that it is a unionized job, so the pay and benefits are pretty good. everything else bad. i would only recommend this if you don't value work/life balance at all, and desperately need money or experience.

Cons

you're doing mandatory overtime constantly, and you have to come in on your off days/shifts for it. 3rd shift is a mess and management treats us like crap. I never leave jobs that quick
