They are feeling the financial pinch just as many companies are these days. Some areas of our restructuring were really well planned out while other areas seem to have been completely neglected in this process. This means that their is a disruption in workflow as they no longer function as a member of a body but more of a tumor.

Technology is terrible, if you like to start your day waiting 20 minutes for a computer to boot up...this could be the place for you! Office is embarrassing with run-down, dirty, mismatched furniture...doesn't look like a place I'd like a sterile procedure done! Management treats you like a child as if you have never worked a day in your life before the Red Cross Sales Methodologies and attitudes are very dated Not exactly a white collar sales job, be prepared to get dirty! I wouldn't take this job fresh out of college! Nevermind with existing work experience...STAY AWAY! Worst "Professional" job I have ever had No Raises in 2 years, nothing motivates you like "You are doing great, and we wish we could give you a raise...but we can't...Sorry! just keep working hard!!"
