Good opportunity to work for a non profit that runs like a business.

Cons

You'd think they cared about the welfare of their own people? But they don't. They expect you to work 60 hours a week, and will dock you for taking a half day or asking for some time off. HR isn't any good. I had sleepless nights worrying and stressing over the job. Not worth my health.
